Today, WIZARD MACHINERY is a huge enterprise with a production capacity exceeding 200 machines per month on an site of approximately 5000 m² including R&D Department dealing with perfection of existing machinery and new developments, Production and Service Departments and Foreign Trade Department. The department of Researches and Development by means of SolidWorks, SolidCAM and the CNC processing centers has allowed to optimize increase in speed of manufacture and to minimize errors.

Compatible with directives of CE Machine Security 98/37/EC and Low Voltage 73/23/EEC.

The machine’s compact structure and the choice of materials used in its construction give it great working strength and guarantee the high quality of the work.
All details of the equipment with the purpose of minimization errors are processed by the milling and turning centers with CNC.
All our products are subject to a rigid quality assurance and our company holds ISO 9001:2000 compliance certificate of quality management system standard.
In all of machinery pneumatic systems, FESTO brand products are being used. Sensors being used in the machines are provided from German SICK company. Valves – high quality YPC (Korea) band valves are being used.
Electricity cables, clemencies, buttons, contactors, switches and phase protection devices are being provided from TELEMECANIQUE, SIEMENS and LEGRAND companies.
PLC (Programmable logic controller) the microprocessor device intended for performance of algorithms of management. The principle of work of PLC consists in gathering the data processing under the applied program of the user with delivery of operating signals on executive devices. Welding, Cleaning, Water Slot Milling and Double Head Cutting Machines operate under PLC and this system is provided from OMRON (Japan) and MITSUBISHI (Japan) companies.
Mechanical units of the equipment function on the chrome plated steel shaft which have been last induction superficial training for increase of stability and on bearings of sliding with a casing (FAG, Germany), that prevents hit of a dirt, a dust and mechanical particles. Application of bearings of sliding instead of metal or plastic plugs allows to reduce essentially friction and to prolong durability of mechanisms.
In double and four head welding machines in systems of pressing of a profile (the top cylinders, mobile plates) the precision system linear directing is used. Systems (HIWIN) are represented with a rail with special chutes on which the carriage moves. Contact between a rail and the carriage is provided with four numbers of balls with recirculation.
At shipment shaft, internal mechanisms, electric boards of the equipment are processed with specialized corrosion inhibitor Cortec VpCI (USA). It allows to carry out protection during transportation and storages of production, and also long protection at preservation of the equipment or its operation in severe conditions.
